Many people find it hard to still the thinking mind. You may be forever busy with making mental lists and trying to solve the problems of the world. We know that we should make time for meditation, but it seems so hard to sit still and relax.

Description

During a sound journey, you can bathe in the frequencies of the sounds around you and move more easily into a meditative state. I play various traditional instruments in an intuitive way. These sounds are pleasing to the senses, and the body responds to the frequencies and vibrations.
Many of my instruments are tuned to specific frequencies to aid in connecting to the heart, or other parts of you. As you begin to relax you may notice yourself drifting away and experiencing less critical thinking. From Beta brain wave activity, through Alpha, you may be able to reach a Theta state.
