This session combines guided meditation with therapeutic sounds to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself. You’ll be guided through mindfulness practices while surrounded by the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other healing instruments. It’s designed to take you on a journey toward inner calm and overall well-being.

What to Expect During Your Sound Bath Experience
Your sound bath journey kicks off at 6pm, where you’ll get yourself settled on yoga mats or comfy meditation cushions. I’ll guide you through some lovely breathing exercises and gentle body awareness techniques to get your mind and body ready for the healing experience ahead.
As we move through the session, you’ll find yourself completely surrounded by beautiful layers of sound from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other wonderful healing instruments. I’ll offer gentle guidance to help you stay present whilst the sound waves flow over you, creating this incredibly peaceful, meditative state. The whole experience runs for about an hour and a half, finishing with a gentle return to awareness that leaves you feeling absolutely refreshed, centred, and deeply relaxed.
